By accessing or using Luminary's services, Discord bots, or any
related applications (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to
these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including without
limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or
contributors of content.
Description of Services
Luminary provides the following services:
- Luminary Tracker: A Discord bot for tracking CS2
XP, Premier Elo, Steam statistics, Valorant matches, and related gaming
metrics
- Steam Hour Booster: A service for boosting Steam
game hours through Discord (invite-only)
- CS2 External: Premium CS2 enhancement tools with
various features (invite-only)
- Community Services: Discord server, forum, and support
channels
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect
of our Services at any time without notice.
User Accounts and Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in
your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you
represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security

account and any linked gaming accounts

Violate Steam's Subscriber Agreement or any other gaming

Invite-Only Services
Certain premium services (Steam Hour Booster, CS2 External) are
invite-only and subject to additional terms:

Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at

- Invitations are non-transferable and personal to you
- Payment may be required for certain premium features

Sharing access credentials or services with others is strictly

Third-Party Services and Risks
Platform Integration
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including
Discord, Steam, Valorant, Faceit, and Leetify. Your use of these
platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
Game Modifications and Account Risk
Important Notice: The use of certain features, particularly
CS2 External and hour boosting services, may violate the terms of service
of game platforms such as Steam and Counter-Strike 2. By using these
features, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Your gaming accounts may be subject to bans, suspensions, or
other penalties
- You may lose access to games, items, or progress

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your
use of our Services
- You use these features entirely at your own risk

Payment and Refunds
Pricing
Some Services may require payment. Prices are subject to change at

Limitation of Liability

liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable
attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our
Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including
but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abusive or harmful behavior
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- At our sole discretion for any reason
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately
cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated
accounts.
